Request Personnel Support to manage a large cohort of Campus Compact AmeriCorps members

Applicants are encouraged to request personnel support to manage a large cohort of members. Iowa Campus Compact is especially interested in support large cohorts that recruit and retain students of color, male students, or first-generation students into AmeriCorps positions. Host sites are required to match 100% of Iowa Campus Compact’s contribution to the staff position.

Choose a position that fits the needs of your organization

Iowa Campus Compact is offering more paid positions to meet the unique project and recruitment needs of Iowa’s communities. Paid positions serve full time (35 hours per week) over 11 months or 9 months, or can serve part-time (25 hours per week) over 9 months. All paid positions are eligible to receive full health insurance. Unpaid positions (300 hour) are ideal for currently enrolled undergraduate students and can serve in 4 month, 9 month, or 12 month positions. All positions receive an education award at the end of service for student loans or tuition expenses.
